TEB Sh. A kërkon një (1) “Zyrtar të Kontrollit të Brendshëm të TI-së / Zyrtar i Lartë” për t’u punësuar në Departamentin e Kontrollit të Brendshëm në Zyrën Qendrore.

Përkufizimi i punës:

Ai/ajo do të jetë kryesisht përgjegjës për kontrollet e TI-së por edhe për detyrat e tjera të dhëna nga Menaxheri i Kontrollit të Brendshëm brenda perimetrit të Statutit të Departamentit të Kontrollit të Brendshëm.

Përgjegjësitë:

• Rishikimi i politikave të TI-së dhe sigurisë së informacionit dhe sigurimi se ato janë në përputhje me politikat e Grupit dhe legjislacionin vendor,
• Kryerja e rishikimeve të pavarura mbi kontrollet e lidhura me TI dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave të prodhuara nga kontrolli i nivelit të parë,
• Sigurimi i ekzekutimit efektiv dhe efikas i aktiviteteve të menaxhimit të rrezikut të TI-së,
• Prodhimi i raporteve të sakta për kontrollet e kryera,
• Monitorimi i zbatimit të planeve të veprimit.

Kualifikimet e nevojshme:

• Diplomë universitare (BA) në Shkenca Kompjuterike, Sisteme Informacioni, ose një fushë të ngjashme.
• Preferohen 3 deri në 5 vjet përvojë lidhur me TI, Sigurinë e Informacionit, Rrezikun, Auditimin, Kontrollin,
• Aftësi të forta analitike/vlerësuese,
• Aftësi të shkëlqyera komunikimi në të folur dhe shkruar në gjuhën angleze,
• Bashkëpunim dhe korrespondencë proaktive,
• Aftësi për të raportuar, hulumtuar dhe grumbulluar të dhëna,
• Njohuri të duhura të MS Word, MS Excel dhe MS PowerPoint

TEB Sh. A is looking for one (1) “IT Internal Control Officer / Senior Officer” to be recruited in Internal Control Department in Head Office.

Job definition:

He/She will be mainly responsible for IT controls but also for the other tasks given by the Internal Control Manager within the perimeter of the Internal Control Department Charter.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing IT and information security policies and ensuring that they comply with Group policies and local legislation,
• Performing independent reviews on IT and Data Protection related controls produced by first-level control,
• Ensuring effective and efficient execution of IT risk management activities,
• Producing accurate reports on the controls performed
• Monitoring the implementation of action plans,

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years experience in IT, Information Security, Risk, Audit, Control related jobs are preferable,
• Strong analytical/ evaluating skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Proactive collaboration and correspondence,
• Ability to report, research, and data collection,
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
