Your Responsibilities Web and Online Store Development and Optimization (100%)
- Create, manage, and optimize online stores, websites, and landing pages.
- Improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Implement and customize web technologies.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Develop functionalities such as shopping cart, payment processing, user management, and product databases.
- Integrate third-party services.
- Handle payment services (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), shipping services, and CRM systems.
- Provide consulting for selecting and implementing the right e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Ensure excellent user experience (UX).
- Ensure user-friendly and intuitive navigation.
- Implement responsive design.
- Excellent knowledge of front end editors (WP Bakery & Elementor)
- Ensure the functionality of the online store across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Analytics and Reporting:
- Create detailed reports and derive actionable recommendations.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate projects with external agencies and service providers.
Innovative Growth Strategies:
Your Profile
- Degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a similar role.
Web Development:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Strong experience with WooCommerce.
Backend Development:
- Knowledge of database management.
Integrations:
- Experience with integrating payment processing services (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
- Skills in web design and graphic design
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator).
Communication:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to effectively formulate ideas and strategies.
Work Style:
- Responsible, precise, and independent work style.
- Familiar with a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and be open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Advantageous:
- Knowledge of German.
