Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and functional website layouts and elements using Figma.
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
• Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring all elements work properly and content is up to date.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure the website aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
• Optimize website for maximum speed and scalability, performing regular speed tests and updates to improve performance.
• Implement and monitor SEO best practices to enhance the website’s visibility and search rankings.
• Ensure website functionality and perform regular software updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress, themes, and plugins.
• Implement custom HTML/CSS modifications to the website as required.

Key Skills

• Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with WordPress and Figma.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and Elementor Pro.
• Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience in designing with Figma and translating designs into functional websites.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and PHP to enhance interactive features and backend functionality.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools and analytics to monitor and improve website performance.
• Knowledge of server management and optimization for handling website hosting environments.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles to improve the overall usability of the website.
