About the role

As a Virtual Accountant, your daily tasks involve monitoring customer files and recording AI-generated invoice registrations and financial transactions as draft entries.

Your daily tasks

• Monitor customer files
• Check & register AI-generated invoice registrations (as draft entries)
• Check & register financial transactions (as draft entries)
• Contact clients regarding missing documents, bank synchronization, etc.
• Prepare contracts & documents
• Report daily operations to management or supervisor(s)

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate
• Bacherlor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field
• Very high fluency in English
• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not necessary
• Attention to detail
• Understanding the concepts & fundamentals of accounting & financial reporting
• Tech-savvy
• Ambitious
• Eager to learn new things
• No work experience needed
• Interest in obtaining SCAAK or ACCA certifications is a plus
