We are now looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor to help elevate our digital  presence and create visually stunning content that engages and resonates with our  audiences. 

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will  have a strong background in editing short-form content for social media platforms such  as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as long-form videos and podcast clips. 

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential, along with a deep understanding of how to  craft creative content that aligns with brand objectives. Experience with Final Cut Pro or  DaVinci Resolve, After Effects is a plus. The candidate should also be willing to take on  video recording and basic videography tasks as needed. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Short-Form Content Creation: Edit TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts,  ensuring videos are engaging, viral-ready, and tailored to platform-specific needs. • Podcast Editing: Edit podcast episodes into concise, compelling clips that  highlight key moments and align with the brand’s messaging for social media  distribution. 
• E-commerce & Promotional Videos: Edit high-quality content for Lion Group’s  portfolio companies, optimising videos for promotional and marketing purposes. • Videography: Take on basic video recording tasks, capturing content with essential  equipment to complement editing projects. 
• Collaboration with Influencers: Work closely with influencers to edit branded  content, particularly for the health, beauty, and supplement industries.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to  brainstorm and execute innovative video content ideas, ensuring videos are aligned  with overall marketing strategies. 
• Content Optimization: Optimize video content for various platforms to ensure  maximum engagement and quality, while adhering to each platform’s unique  specifications and guidelines. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of short-form and long form content for social media platforms. 
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with Final Cut Pro,  DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or other video editing software is a plus). • Familiarity with basic videography, including setting up and using recording  equipment for video shoots. 
• Strong creative skills, with the ability to independently select the most engaging  content and edit it to fit a specific target audience. 
• Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for composition, sound, and visual  storytelling. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. 
• A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape. How to Apply:
