About Us: Orderific Media, a new subsidiary of Orderific, is looking for creative and talented Video Editors to join our growing team in Pristina (Office Location: Bulevardin Bill Clinton) . We are a forward-thinking company at the intersection of technology and media, delivering high-quality video content for digital platforms and enhancing brand storytelling through innovative media solutions.

Position Overview: We are seeking both junior and senior Video Editors who are passionate about creating engaging content and are skilled in video editing software. Candidates with experience in AI-driven editing tools and techniques will be at an advantage. This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work remotely but with an expectation to attend meetings, training sessions, and workshops in our Pristina office as needed. The frequency of in-office work will depend on the candidate’s skill level and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital media and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with our brand and vision.
• Use AI tools and advanced editing techniques (for those with relevant experience) to enhance video production.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and trends.
• Deliver projects on time and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio or references required).
• Familiarity with AI-based editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and in-office attendance as required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
