Job Description: We are seeking a creative and engaging Video Content Creator to join our team. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for leveraging your social media presence, to promote our company and properties. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute captivating content that resonates with our target audience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create at least 2 videos (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook,) and publish high-quality, original content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. 
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster a sense of community.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns. 
• Stay up-to-date with viral trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5,000 followers on Social Media Platforms 
• Proven track record of creating engaging and viral content. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. 
• Knowledge of Property Management and Real Estate 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
• Passion for our brand and industry. 
• Submit the most viewed videos. 
• Links to your profiles: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
