As a UX/UI Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting user research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts
• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our e-commerce platform
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Development Departments to ensure alignment between design and business goals
• Continuously improving website UX/UI based on customer behavior and feedback

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an e-commerce or digital product environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 5+ years of experience

Collaboration and Team Dynamics:

This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Development Departments to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions that align with business objectives.
