The ambitious team consists of Software Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Customer Service, Operations and Accounting.

THE ROLE

Butler Hospitality is seeking to hire a creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The designer  will work with cross-functional teams throughout the entire design process to enforce our technical vision and standards. Concepts created should be brand-consistent across all web experiences that our company provides to our end users.

WORKING SCHEDULE: 9 am – 5:30 pm Kosovo time
TYPE: Full time
LOCATION: Prishtinë

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for the web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Creating wireframes based on instructions from the Product Manager.
• Working with the Product team to ensure the best user experience solutions are being produced.
• Regular design audits of products with the end goal of identifying pain points for improvement.
• Creating prototypes for user research.
• Presenting user interface concepts and designs clearly for implementation.
• Maintaining design consistency via the use of style guides, style sheets and ensuring that established standards and best practices are followed.
• Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the design field.
• Provide strategic thinking and leadership.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• A bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design preferably.
• Excellent understanding of user-experience design for the web/mobile, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
• Expert level skills in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, familiar with the Adobe family pack.
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Creating useful design documentation that communicates the design and specifications to developers.
• An energetic team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
