About the Role

Our client is a U.S. based leader who is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team focused on creating intuitive and effective user experiences for their HR technology platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design compelling and functional interfaces that help HR professionals streamline their workflows and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for their HR technology products, including dashboards, workflows, reports, and administrative tools
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows in HR environments
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of design specifications
• Establish design systems to ensure consistency across their product suite
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input

Required Qualifications 

• 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web applications, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and thoughtful UI design work
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively
  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience designing for HR, recruiting, or other enterprise software
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Understanding of front-end development capabilities and constraints
• Experience with data visualization design
• Background in conducting usability testing

• Complex data-rich dashboards for HR analytics and reporting
• Multi-step workflows for employee onboarding, performance management, etc.
• Administrative interfaces for managing organizational hierarchies and permissions
• Mobile-responsive designs for on-the-go HR professionals
• Design system components to ensure consistency across the platform
