LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency launches a CEOI for the acquisition of services for “Training providers for short-term courses” on behalf of Project KSV/021 receiving financial support from the governments of the Republic of Kosovo and the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are all legally established companies governed by private law, as well as non-governmental organisations and not-for-profit organisations (excluding public operators) and specialised in the provision of trainings and developing short-term course programmes.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in provision trainings, short-term courses and capacity development.

The start of the contract is foreseen for February/March 2025 and for a duration of 18 months. Services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Prishtina, Kosovo. The total maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at EUR 300,000 (all taxes excluded), divided per lot as such:

Lot 1: Information & Communication Technologie (ICT) – EUR 100,000;
Lot 2: Renewable Energy (RE) / Energy Efficiency (EE) – EUR 100,000;
Lot 3: Food processing – EUR 50,000;
Lot 4: Wood Processing – EUR 50,000.

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form, is available on request at the address given below.

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of a minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) candidates evaluated as qualified for each lot and ranked, if necessary, against the selection criteria.
