JOB DESCRIPTION:

Trade and Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for the preparation, creation and delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports for the trade team and the entire organization in accordance with pre-agreed deadlines. Providing support to KA, Marketing and Trade Executive in the preparation of the reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• A University degree with a general, economic, or technical focus,
• Strong skills in effective communication
• Proficiency in English language – spoken and written,
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to efficiently implement changes and initiate new initiatives,
• Proficiency in computer work (MS Office – especially Excel, Windows),
• Purposeful and efficient management of external/internal partners and interest groups,
• Strong recommendations and pronounced ethical values.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of sales reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for the organization
• Support for the Trade and Marketing team in creating ad hoc reports
• Monitor, control, and report on the performance of various trade activities, suggesting next steps based on performance insights.
• Creates monthly/weekly targets according to the instructions of the trade team and monitors their evolution
• Follow up and update census data acording to the market developement.
• Follow up and update riss file on monthly level.
• Support KA executive for creating and completing monthly/weekly reports
• Support trade team and whole organization for Optimus (sales reports, overview of visits, pictures…)
• Executing all other tasks as required by line manager.

• Works in accordance with applicable legal regulations, company rules, and procedures related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and fire safety. Ensures their implementation within their scope of work and ensures that employees under their supervision adhere to them.
• Implements measures to enhance standards within their area of responsibility to achieve company goals related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
• Proactively proposes initiatives to improve occupational health and safety, as well as environmental protection.
