What You’ll Do:

• Develop and create innovative video content that highlights job opportunities and careers, aligning with current TikTok trends.
• Leverage our services and our product, to produce content that showcases the cutting-edge tools we provide to clients.
• Collaborate with our recruitment, marketing teams, and professional blog platform to produce content that engages and informs our audience about job openings and work-related topics.
• Utilize our salary comparison platform to create insightful content that empowers job seekers with information about market salaries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
• Contribute to promoting and engaging audiences for the biggest HR Summit in Kosovo, where the latest in HR trends and technology are showcased.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future campaigns.
• Engage with our TikTok community, responding to comments and fostering a positive brand image.
• In charge of creating, editing, and launching videos on our TikTok channel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in creating TikTok content, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity.
• A deep understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent video editing skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Interest in the HR and recruitment industry is a plus.
