EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, an innovative software and digital services company with over 21 years of experience in the Swiss market, is recruiting a Technical Support Engineer.
Essential responsibilities:
- Take ownership of reported customer issues and see problems through to resolution;
- Receive and qualify user reports and questions regarding web applications (1st & 2nd level support) from customers from different industries;
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via Phone and Email;
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all assigned issues.
Requirements:
- Qualified person with a completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or university studies;
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer;
- Three years or more of professional experience;
- Have strong problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrate excellent client-facing skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German;
- Experience in the support of modern web applications and SQL databases would be an advantage.
