About You

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our employees. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees work with applications and programs. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network/software/hardware issues, configuring operating systems, and system administration. You will use our helpdesk software, email, and chat applications to give employees quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact employees and provide clear instructions and technical manuals. You will be working at our Kosovo office and will provide in-office service there as well as remote assistance to our team in the U.S. As well as working at our Kosovo office, you will be working with our IT team located in the U.S. and will cooperate regularly with each other. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and can explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be a person our employee’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Track computer system issues through resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Refer to internal documentation or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Use help desk software to manage tickets.
  • Promote automating workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, etc.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and add to our policy, procedures, and methodology.
  • Manage and maintain in-office assets such as laptops, monitors, and other devices.
  • Administrate multiple systems such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian, etc.
  • Regularly communicate with our IT team in the U.S


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems or anything else related is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft 365 administrator experience
    • Azure Active Directory, Exchange, security, compliance, etc.
  • Network administration experience.
  • Windows and Mac MDM experience
    • Intune
    • JAMF
    • Other similar MDM platforms
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
  • Certifications (Not required but preferred)
    • CompTIA A+
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate
  • Any other similar certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written
