Expectations

We are looking for an enthusiastic technical assistant to join our team and work on our client support department. As a support assistant, you will get to know our clients needs and help them get the support they need.. Your technical assistance will help us maintain our relationship with our clients and keep them satisfed with our services.

Skills and Requirements

• A fan of data, analytics and YouTube.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Drive, Docs and Sheets
• Good written and speaking English skills.
• Knowledge on crafting messages and communicating digitally and internationally
• Organized, team player and a strong initiator.
• Knowledge about YouTube is a plus.
• Experience with technical support is a plus.
