Job Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager in the High Voltage Influence Calculation (HSB) department, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of projects related to high-voltage influence calculations (HSB). This includes gathering and assessing the necessary data, ensuring the completeness of documentation, and evaluating the need for high-voltage influence calculations. You will also coordinate various stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to the overall success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the collection of requirements for data acquisition in relation to technical assessments.
• Oversee the acquisition and review of documents and data to assess the need for high-voltage influence calculations (HSB).
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and quality of acquired data and documentation.
• Evaluate the necessity of conducting high-voltage influence calculations and lead the decision-making process.
• Review, analyze, and document measurement results in line with project requirements.
• Participate in project studies, providing technical input and guidance.
• Lead the preparation of tender documents and provide support for project proposals.
• Develop functional descriptions, maintenance plans, and service plans for high-voltage systems.
• Advise clients on technical and economic matters, ensuring the alignment of project goals with client expectations.
• Facilitate consultations with authorities, private individuals, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and external companies to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Prepare measurements and sketches to support project documentation and planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for AC high-voltage influence issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, project management).
• Experience or expertise in KKS and/or HSB is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in key software applications (MS Office, databases, CAD, etc.).
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.
• Strong customer-oriented approach and excellent decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and social competence; fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a goal-oriented approach.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in technical contexts.
• Experience in quality management (QM) and environmental management (UM) systems is advantageous.
• Great command of German Language B2/C1.

• No direct reports under this role.
