Appbites, part of Sigma Technology Group is a digital company based in Pristina, Kosovo offering customized web and mobile software, e-commerce, maintenance, and hosting solutions, since 2016.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as Technical business support for our client, one of the largest german car manufacturers in Europe.

The position encompasses following main areas:

• Management and support of operational issues for the automotive platform as well as connected online store systems
• Recording and handover of defects in operation of platform
• Acceptance management: Coordination and implementation of the acceptance of resolved operational issues and preparation of a technical release recommendation
• Ongoing optimisation of the process for handling operational issues
• Coordinating the procedure for defects with the specialist department
• Advising the specialist department and supporting the further development of the web shops in a technical context
• Accompanying the coordination rounds and regular participation in project meetings for the applications mentioned
• Regular review of core functions of the live applications
• Creation of support documents for trade and first-level support
•  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical business support, particularly within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of IT processes and documentation
• Experience in creating and maintaining reporting and documentation
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
