Technical Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business needs using BRDs, UML  diagrams, and user stories. 
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and  collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. 
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business workflows and implement  optimization strategies. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams,  facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment on objectives. 
• Data Analysis: Analyze datasets and present key insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or  Power BI. 
• SDLC Participation: Support all stages of the software development lifecycle, from  requirements gathering to deployment. 
• Testing & Validation: Assist in creating test plans, conduct UAT, and validate functional  requirements. 
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including technical  designs and process flows. 

MUST-HAVE SKILL

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis for software development projects.
• Proficiency in tools like BRDs, UML, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. 
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. 
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
