Technical Advisor (Consultant)

EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, a renowned global manufacturer of power tools, garden machinery, and cleaning equipment, is recruiting a Technical Advisor.

Position Description:

The Technical Advisor facilitates sales and service for a range of products including power tools, garden machinery, and cleaning equipment, along with their accessories. This role serves as the main contact between the company, its distributor, and end users such as technicians and specialists, ensuring effective communication and support across all interactions.

Essential responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers to provide on-site consultations and tailored solutions for their tool needs.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to both distributors and end-users.
• Use technical knowledge and analytical skills to address and fulfill customer inquiries and requirements.
• Support the local importer (distributor) at events such as fairs and open days, providing both technical and commercial advice on products.
• Train local importer staff to ensure proficient knowledge and skills in promoting and selling products.

Qualifications and competencies required:

• Vocational training or a University Degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in tool usage or sales is preferred, especially within industries involving power tools or machinery.
• A strong willingness to learn with a preference for technology and tools.
• Organizational skills with a high sense of responsibility; dynamic and proactive.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate training, fairs, and exhibitions.
• Good command of English and Albanian language, written and spoken.
• Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office.
• Driving License B Type.
