StarLabs is seeking for a Tech Support Support to join our team on-site. If you have good German skills both in spoken and written, along with a strong drive for continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Skills in troubleshooting common issues with these systems
• Basic knowledge of networks and the internet
• High proficiency in the German language
• Ability to handle dynamic work on a daily basis
• Accuracy and focus in work.
