As a Tax Consultant within the Business Tax Services group, you will be a valuable member of tax engagement teams, providing and assisting across a variety of tax services that are relevant for public and private companies, ranging from tax compliance, tax planning and tax research.

Location: Prishtina

As part of Tax and Legal Department, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with organizations and individuals to organize and structure transactions and operations in a tax-effective manner, mitigate tax risk and comply effectively with tax laws;
• You will be working on projects varying from tax compliance to advising on tax-structuring;
• Apply your technical experience in tax compliance, compensation, global equity, and employment tax engagements to identify and consult on tax issues;
• Be compliant with our internal policies and procedures and based on the local laws and policies applicable you will shall be compliant;

Who are we looking for?

• Graduates in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields;
• Someone with strong knowledge and professional background in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business Administration with minimum 2-3 years of experience;

• You have relevant computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as practical knowledge of local and international accounting software’s;
• You are fluent in English, with ability to interact effectively with clients;
• You are a team player, capable of working as part of a team, building relationships and contribute to the positive and supportive culture within the practice;
• You are capable of working within large, complex engagements and supportive culture of the practice;
• Have good analytical skills; are able to analyze and process data; are able to address tasks and organize information logically;
• You are capable of working in large projects and complex engagements and able to work with the sense of urgency;
• You are result-oriented with a proactive and rigorous approach;
• Willing to learn from experienced colleagues and acquire knowledge in a dynamic environment;
