The Subcontractor Administrator will manage and oversee all subcontractor relationships and agreements from different countries and continents to ensure compliance, performance, and alignment with project goals. This role involves coordinating contracts, monitoring subcontractor performance, and supporting efficient communication between subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to budgetary and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
- Draft, review, and manage subcontractor agreements in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all contracts are complete, accurate, and aligned with project specifications.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of subcontractor agreements and related documents.
Subcontractor Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and internal project teams.
- Facilitate onboarding of subcontractors, including verifying qualifications, certifications, and insurance.
- Coordinate schedules and deliverables to ensure seamless integration into project timelines.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate subcontractor performance against contractual obligations, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Address and resolve performance issues or disputes in a timely manner.
Financial Oversight:
- Review and process subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor budgetary impact of subcontractor costs and support cost-control initiatives.
- Assist in negotiating pricing and contract adjustments as necessary.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure subcontractors comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to subcontractor performance or contractual issues.
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance initiatives with subcontractors.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on subcontractor performance, costs, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the contract management system.
- Provide data and insights to support decision-making and project planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in subcontractor administration, procurement, or contract management, with international experience required.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Certifications: Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is a plus.
Key Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in subcontractor administration, procurement, or contract management, with international experience required.
- Skills:
