Student Admissions Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Student Admissions Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families. The Student Admissions Assistant will be responsible for managing inquiries, processing applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting various administrative tasks related to admissions.
- Inquiry Management: Assist in responding promptly to admission inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings, providing comprehensive information about the school’s programs, admissions criteria, and procedures.
- Application Processing: Review, evaluate, and process student applications ensuring completeness and accuracy. Maintain organized records of all applications, supporting documents, and correspondence.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date student admission records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Prepare admission reports as required by school administration.
- Communication: Assist in ensuring timely and efficient communication to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process, providing timely updates and guidance as needed.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing admissions events such as open houses, school tours, and information sessions to showcase the school’s programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team, faculty, and other school departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive admissions process.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to preparing admission materials, updating the school’s admissions database, and assisting with marketing initiatives to promote the school.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international education systems and multicultural awareness is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Alban language is required.
