Social Media Manager – Youtube

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager who is an expert in Youtube to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing Youtube channels, a deep understanding of Youtube algorithms, and the ability to develop creative strategies to increase engagement and build brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our Youtube channels, including creating and scheduling content, optimizing titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails, and ensuring consistent branding.
• Analyze and report on channel performance using data and insights
• Analyze our long-time existing channels and propose an optimization plan
• Identify opportunities for growth
• Develop strategies to increase views, subscribers, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop video content that will bring more performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Youtube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience managing Youtube channels and developing social media strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Youtube algorithms, analytics, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creativity and a passion for creating engaging and innovative content.
