Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies and have a proven track record of creating engaging content and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
