Job opening – Social Media Assistant/Content Creator
Finnish School of Kosovo is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant/Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance the school’s online presence and engagement with our community. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for education, social media, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and educational content (text, image, and video) tailored to the school’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Social Media Management: Manage and update the school’s social media accounts, ensuring regular posts that align with the school’s values and branding.
- Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that promote school events, achievements, and initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of content and campaigns, providing regular reports to improve engagement and outreach.
- Photography & Videography: Capture photos and videos during school events, activities, and day-to-day life to showcase the vibrant school community.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with teachers, students, and staff to generate content ideas and feature classroom highlights, student achievements, and extracurricular activities.
- Graphic Design: Assist in designing promotional materials, infographics, and visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies to ensure the school’s content remains fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting of relevant content across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management tools.
- Excellent photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
- Passion for education and a keen interest in representing the school’s mission and values online.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
