Social Media Analyst / Data Analyst (m/w/d) [100%]

• Identify existing data sources in the marketing and communications environment, especially social media.
• Cluster and analyze the extracted data, setting the stage for data-driven marketing and communications activities and decisions.
• Present data and clusters clearly and can visualize them using common tools (e.g., PowerBI and Tableau).
• Analyze our work processes in the context of data usage and advance them together with channel and format experts.
• Measuring and analyzing the impact of activities with a view to understand and report impact and learnings
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaigns and make optimizations
• Manage projects (i.e. data-driven marketing projects with a focus on digital and analytics) independently and know how to proactively involve relevant stakeholders.

• At least 5+ years of professional experience as a social media analyst
• Experience with Social Media Management Tools like Hootsuite, Sendible, Photoshop, Swat, Meta Business Manager
• Outstanding understanding of social media analytics and KPIs, plus Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
• A “hacker mindset,” independently design hypotheses, test them, and draw the right conclusions
• Developing things from scratch, structuring, and thinking things through from the start.
• Very good English language skills a must
