Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead and implement solutions in SharePoint Online, Azure Identity Management, and Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in designing, deploying, and administering these services, with a strong focus on user rights management, secure identity solutions, and infrastructure design. This role involves both consulting and teaching responsibilities to ensure best practices across our platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Conceptualize, design, and implement Microsoft Intune to manage endpoints and applications.
• Design and implement MS365 solutions to support business requirements.
• Manage and optimize existing MS365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Advise and support internal teams and customers in the implementation of MS365 projects.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations related to MS365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the MS365 environment.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize the functionality of MS365 services.
• Provide technical support and training to users on MS365 applications.
• Analyze system requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Document configurations, processes, and solutions.
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the administration and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including device management and security policies.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online in both implementation and support.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and its integration with MS365 services.
• Experience in automating and deploying solutions using PowerShell and other automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in SharePoint Online, Azure Identity, and Intune, with a strong portfolio of implemented solutions.
• Proficiency in designing user rights management strategies and groups in SharePoint Online.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory, identity management, and security principles.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure basics, including networks, cloud services, and general IT administration.
• Excellent social skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, including governance and security.
• Familiarity with additional Azure services and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to identifying client needs.
