Job Summary
Outsorcy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions for a rapidly growing SaaS company specializing in sales engagement. This role involves overseeing end-to-end Salesforce architecture, mentoring technical teams, and aligning platform enhancements with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design and Strategy

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce features, products, and third-party integrations to enhance system capabilities.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide development teams, promoting best practices in coding, configuration, and deployment.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.

Platform Development and Optimization

• Customize Salesforce platforms using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other tools.
• Optimize system performance, data architecture, and security configurations.
• Develop strategies for data migration, backup, and recovery to ensure platform reliability.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create detailed documentation, including architectural blueprints, design specifications, and user guides.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, emerging trends, and new features to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an architectural role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem components, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps processes, and version control systems.
• Proven ability to design multi-org, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, GDPR, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
