Senior Retoucher & Video Editor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Retoucher to become part of our in-house agency, bringing expertise in photo retouching with a focus on e-commerce brands, as well as advanced video editing capabilities. This role will also include quality assurance for the work of other team retouchers.

Key Responsibilities

Photo Retouching:

• Enhance product images with high attention to detail, ensuring each image meets creative standards and quality requirements.

Video Editing:

• Develop captivating video edits that effectively showcase products. • Incorporate visual and graphic elements to elevate the appeal of promotional videos.

Quality Assurance:

• Manage the quality of images produced by external retouchers, ensuring consistency with our standards.

Collaboration:

• Partner with photographers, art directors, and other team members to align on each project’s creative vision.

Maintaining Standards:

• Uphold company standards across all retouching and video editing projects, ensuring brand consistency.

Process Improvement:

• Assist in refining workflows to boost efficiency in our production process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in photo retouching, particularly within the e-commerce space.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong grasp of quality standards and visual trends specific to e-commerce.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic 3D skills are a plus.
