TFG is looking for a passionate and talented Developer with Python superpowers to create exemplary interactive brand experiences for our clients. We are seeking someone that has had a significant development role on important Python projects, with a focus on Machine Learning (ML) from conception to implementation.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Senior Python Developer, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models and AI applications.
• Utilize Langchain to develop and optimize LLM-based applications.
• Integrate complex systems and ensure seamless communication between microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Python development with a focus on machine learning and AI.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Langchain and other machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of systems integration and microservices architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Bonus Points:
• Knowledge of the Italian language is not mandatory but a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
