Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced mechanical, electrical, and software systems that are integrated into robotic products and systems. You will play a key role in overseeing the development of innovative robotic solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the design and development of mechatronics systems, including robotics, automated systems, and prototype creation.
• Develop and integrate hardware and software systems for robotic applications, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team to implement control algorithms, sensors, and actuators.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture and design specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations for new technologies and prototypes.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and interns, ensuring that they follow best practices and meet project deadlines.
• Oversee testing and troubleshooting of systems, ensuring quality control and system reliability.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into engineering solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in mechatronics, robotics, and automation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the mechatronics or robotics industry, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, electronics, control systems, and embedded software.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation tools.
• Experience with 3D printing, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Python, C/C++, or similar programming languages for embedded systems is a plus.
