KODE Labs is a leading innovator in the Smart Building Cloud technology space. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in PR and Communications to join our dynamic marketing team.

The Senior Marketing Specialist – PR & Communications will lead efforts to enhance our brand visibility and industry presence. This role will involve strategic planning, creating, and executing public relations and communications initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and implement strategic PR programs to achieve significant increases in brand awareness.
Lead the creation of press releases, corporate communications, and content for online and offline channels.
Develop strong relationships with key industry media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing marketing collateral, content for social media, and handling product launches.
Monitor, analyze, and report on PR results regularly.
Forecast, measure, and report the relative impact of potential PR and communication activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing roles.
Proven success in designing and executing PR campaigns at both a local and national level.
Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
A proactive, reliable, and meticulous professional.
Ability to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
