Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive impactful HR initiatives across the business. As a trusted advisor and consultant, you will partner closely with senior leadership to align human capital strategies with organizational goals, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and hands-on HR expertise. You’ll play a key role in talent planning, organizational design, leadership development, and change management initiatives across your client groups.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing insights and solutions on talent, structure, culture, and performance.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development efforts.
- Analyze people data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- This role is intended to design, implement and execute on processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support and coach managers in employee relations matters, performance management, and leadership development.
- Lead or participate in company-wide HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, DEI programs, and leadership training.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, identifying risks and mitigating them proactively.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, etc.) to deliver seamless HR support.
- Champion change management efforts and support business transformation initiatives.
- Manage immigration needs with external legal counsel.
- Ensure all handbooks and other HR, DEI and ESG policies, US and International, are complaint.
- Other assigned duties.
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Lucid Chart, Excel or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), payroll management, and similar computer applications.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 12+ years of experience with HR
- Law degree a plus, but not required
- SHRM-SCP certification preferred
