Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Projects: Own the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, including digital and web.
• Social Media Campaigns: Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media campaigns, aligning with brand objectives and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and recruitment teams to deliver design solutions aligned with HumanPower’s brand and objectives.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure visual elements are cohesive and consistent across all media, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Attention to Detail: Review and refine designs to ensure high-quality visuals that are pixel-perfect and aligned with the project’s vision.
• Innovate and Inspire: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility in style and high-quality projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a plus for experience in Figma or Sketch.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of designing for social media platforms, audience engagement, and campaign strategy.
• Creative Vision: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout, with meticulous attention to detail to bring new ideas to life.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Bonus Points: Skills in motion graphics or animation are highly valued.
