JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Senior Full Stack/Java Developer

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implementation of new software products in our core banking area;
• Continuous improvements and maintenance of existing products;
• Take part in improving quality assurance processes;
• Proactively challenge and encourage team members to achieve our common goal;
• Foster continuous learning by actively contributing to knowledge sharing sessions;
• Active participation in the entire development process in an agile environment;
• Challenge and contribute to architectural designs.

Job Specifications:

• Proficiency in software development with Java, JEE and Spring Boot;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Development;
• Possessing a deep understanding of software design patterns, along; with experience in domain driven design and event-based architecture, is ideal;
• You have a team spirit and an open, communicative personalit;
• Enthusiasm for software development and technologies;
• High level of initiative, quality awareness and solution-oriented thinking;
• Good command of English, written and spoken. German skills are an advantage.
