Senior Commercial Designer

We are seeking a talented and proactive Senior Commercial Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, experience in commercial presentation design, and a collaborative mindset. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content for client campaigns, designing presentations and working closely with both the creative and sales teams in London and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

1.​ Pitch Deck Design

• Design visually appealing and professional presentations for sales pitches with acute attention to detail.
• Design creative mockups to demonstrate concepts and campaign ideas effectively.

2.​ Social Media Design

• Design engaging social media posts and assets for client campaigns across various platforms.
• Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

3.​ Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with creative and sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs on time.

4.​ Tools and Software

• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality assets.
• Create and edit designs in Canva as needed for various projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• ​ You have exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
• You have proven experience as a midweight or senior designer, preferably within a social media or digital environment.
• ​ You are able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of design work including presentations and social media content.
• ​ You are able to collaborate intimately with the team around you, learning from them and supporting junior staff. You are able to follow directions from the senior team.
• ​ You have a strong awareness of the time required to complete any design task.
• ​ You demonstrate ownership of your role and can both take and action feedback from your manager to progress within it and beyond.
• ​ You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.
• ​ You have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• ​ You have creativity and enthusiasm for generating fresh, innovative ideas.

Nice-to-Have:

• ​ Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.
• ​ Familiarity with social media trends.
