About the Role
Our client offers secure business document processing and automated workflows designed for the healthcare, insurance and financial industries with native integration, flexible configuration to handle any custom business need, and reliable customer support available anytime day or night. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of general IP networks, firewalls, Windows based applications, Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to administrator customers for their proprietary software application suite
- Identify and troubleshoot complex application issues
- Collaborate with R&D team to provide timely solutions (patches/fixes) to clients
- Participate in the testing of new software builds and versions (QA)
- Maintain and update knowledge base, software documentation and training materials
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support staff (Future)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software application support
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL Server and/or other database systems
- Some knowledge of programming languages such as Peal, Java, Python, or C#
- MCP, MCSE, CNA or other relevant certifications
- HIPAA certification required annually (Company Paid)
