About the Role
Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking to manage and optimize a high-performing CRM system? Our client, a U.S.-based leader in sales automation and analytics solutions, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to improve system efficiency, enhance user experience, and maintain data integrity. In this role, you will configure workflows, integrate third-party tools, and ensure seamless user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal performance and functionality of Salesforce systems.
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce for improved integration and efficiency.
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and user permissions.
- Import, cleanse, and maintain sales department leads, contacts, and data.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and other teams.
- Perform routine database maintenance, including duplicate record management.
- Implement and test new Salesforce releases while providing necessary training.
- Document system processes, error reports, and field history changes.
- Offer user support, troubleshooting, and training for Salesforce functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CRM utilization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, data management, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce upgrades, system integration, and optimization.
- Proficiency in creating and managing user roles, permissions, and profiles.
- Ability to generate and analyze Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to train and support end-users.
- Experience with CRM/software/IT technical support is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement solutions.
- Experience in managing and resolving Salesforce support tickets.
- Strong documentation skills for process and troubleshooting guides.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
