YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing people and resources in order to achieve sales and activation targets, achieve picture of success and improve operations in the defined territory for HORECA channel.
- Developing team members, taking into account their level of skills, potential and performance.
- Responsible for HORECA team performance management and targets achievement.
- Organizing and planning team activities.
- Sharing company sales and execution results with the team.
- Managing customers expectations, claims and requests.
- Creating and providing specific sales reports and activity updates.
- Utilizing market knowledge in day-to-day activities to improve team and company results.
- Participating/leading relevant sales projects.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University degree.
- Computer skills (MS Office).
- Negotiation skills.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same or similar job.
- Fluent English.
- Driver’s license B category.
- Experienced in client interactions.
- Proactive, a go-getter with great passion and energy.
- An out of the box thinker.
