CALL FOR SALES SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT POSITION

JOB DESCRIPTION

FINCA Kosovo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales subject matter expert to join our pool of trainers!

We offer a competitive compensation package based on the needs and requirement of FINCA Kosovo and/or FINCA Global to deliver training programs to our organization. Trainer should be capable to develop and implement training sessions tailored to different audiences. Flexibility in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions is highly desired.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop comprehensive training modules tailored to various sales strategies, including remote and tele sales techniques, for in-person and/or online training.
• Design and develop handouts, exercises and presentations tailored to various skill levels and participants’ needs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions training according to the conditions and criteria set by FINCA Kosovo.
• Take on a holistic role, overseeing the design and structure of the entire training program, including the development of training strategies and delivery methods to ensure alignment with FINCA Kosovo’s overall sales goals and objectives.
• Provide ongoing support to sales teams, ensuring they understand the learned skills and are ready to apply them in a real-world scenario, including virtual sales and telecommunication settings.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience in sales with a history of achieving and exceeding targets across different sales platforms (remote, centralized, telesales).
• Proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to communication effectively and inspire others.
• Strong practical knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and tools, including those specific to remote and tele sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
