Job description – Tenant Placement Specialist

Qterra Property Management is seeking motivated, high performance, and experienced salespeople to join our team. As a Tenant Placement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving new business through selling our Tenant Placement services through.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (leads provided) to introduce and promote Qterra Property Management’s tenant placement services.
• Engage prospects in educational conversations to understand their tenant placement needs and identify opportunities for our services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our tenant placement service, highlighting how it can add value to clients’ properties and de-risk their investment properties.
• Set appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to further discuss our services and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving targets.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Proven success and experience in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects over the phone.
• Excellent persuasion skills, with a track record of converting leads into appointments.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
