Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This position requires a candidate with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of our services, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This isn’t your typical call center position; it’s a pivotal career opportunity within an executive office setting. We’re searching for top-tier talent, individuals who embody excellence and bring at least 4-5 years of sales experience to the table.


  • Proactively seek new business opportunities to surpass sales targets.
  • Cultivate and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience with international clients.
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
  • Strong decision-making ability and diplomacy.
  • Must be available to work from 15:00 to 23:00 at our office in Prishtina, Kosovo.
