ROLE WITH MOVE
We are looking for a Sales Representative to work remotely full-time! We need someone with strong sales skills, a results-driven mindset, and high ethical values. Since you will be providing key services and communicating with clients, managers, and team members daily, excellent interpersonal skills are essential!
Reports to: General Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through various sources.
- Initiate contact via phone, email, or messaging to introduce our services.
Sales and Relationship Building:
- Provide information about our services and answer client queries.
- Nurture relationships through regular follow-ups, converting prospects into clients.
- Present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Discovery Calls:
- Conduct calls to understand client needs.
- Communicate the value of our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team for a seamless transition of prospects.
CRM Management and Reporting:
- Update and maintain client information in our CRM system.
- Generate reports on lead outreach, discovery calls, and conversion rates.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Pursue and surpass sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and persistently.
Other
- Ad Hoc tasks.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with communication tools (phone, email, messaging platforms).
- Excellent organizational skills for managing appointment schedules.
- Persistence and professional handling of objections.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with the industry or services offered is beneficial.
- Stable and reliable internet connections.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time
