ROLE WITH MOVE

We are looking for a Sales Representative to work remotely full-time! We need someone with strong sales skills, a results-driven mindset, and high ethical values. Since you will be providing key services and communicating with clients, managers, and team members daily, excellent interpersonal skills are essential!

Reports to: General Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through various sources.
  • Initiate contact via phone, email, or messaging to introduce our services.

Sales and Relationship Building:

  • Provide information about our services and answer client queries.
  • Nurture relationships through regular follow-ups, converting prospects into clients.
  • Present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Discovery Calls:

  • Conduct calls to understand client needs.
  • Communicate the value of our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for a seamless transition of prospects.

CRM Management and Reporting:

  • Update and maintain client information in our CRM system.
  • Generate reports on lead outreach, discovery calls, and conversion rates.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Pursue and surpass sales targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently.

Other

  • Ad Hoc tasks.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with communication tools (phone, email, messaging platforms).
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing appointment schedules.
  • Persistence and professional handling of objections.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the industry or services offered is beneficial.
  • Stable and reliable internet connections.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time
