For our client which is the largest entertainment center in Kosovo and the region, we are looking to hire a:
- 3x Sales Representative (M/F)
Profile Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the entertainment market, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Share market intelligence with the team to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams::
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client interactions.
- Provide valuable insights from client interactions to inform product and service enhancements..
- Explore and enter new markets within the entertainment industry, both domestically and regionally.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential expansion opportunities.
- Analyze demographic data, consumer behaviors, and market trends to determine the feasibility and potential success of entering new markets.
- Identify and segment the target market based on industry trends, client profiles, and preferences.
- Tailor sales strategies to address the unique needs of different customer segments.
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience in B2B sales,
- Strong understanding of industry trends, key players, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A commitment to ethical and responsible leadership.
