Job Description:

Our client is ready to expand its operations, and Kosovo will be the next pit stop. They are looking for experienced sales professionals to build and secure relationships with local businesses in Pristina, Kosovo. As a Sales Manager, you will play the role of a true ‘hunter.’ Your responsibilities include building and managing a pipeline of potential partners, prioritizing merchants across various verticals, and utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to guide targets through the sales funnel.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying potential partnerships and contacting ftting partners for our client.
  • Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
  • Initiating relationships with identifed partners.
  • Assessing venue performance to establish proftable business terms and negotiating partnership terms.
  • Creating a robust communications loop with the development team.
  • Making informed business decisions by combining intuition with data.

Our Humble Expectations:

  • Background focused on feld sales or business development, showcasing the ability to own the complete sales cycle.
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented, with experience in data-driven sales processes.
  • A natural ‘hunter’ with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • A genuine interest in the local business scene would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in Albanian and English
