Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Royal York Property Management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team members achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
