Role overview
Salary: 750 EUR + Commission
 
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans,  we are looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly into the Head of Business Development (Europe) and working collaboratively with Business Development Managers, you will be accountable for prospecting, lead
qualification, outreach and pipeline management at Fresha

What you will be doing

  • KPIs – Consistently achieve sales targets
  • Outreach – Proactively approaching new businesses via cold calling, emailing, video calls etc
  • Lead generation – Identifying and prospecting businesses to generate interest 
  • Collaboration – Work closely with Business Development Teams and booking in meetings
  • High volume calls – Make large volumes of calls and have productive conversations with prospects

What we are looking for

  • Experience – Minimum 1 years of solid SDR experience  with a track record of success
  • Industry – SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • Relationship Building – You are a true hunter and relationship builder
  • Organised – You can multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Curiosity – You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop

Added bonus

  • Bi-lingual – Fluency in English and another language
  • Beauty & Wellness – Experience within the beauty and wellness industry

Interview Process

  • Video Introduction (5mins) – Record a introduction video for the hiring team
  • Screen Call (30mins) – Video-call with a member from the Talent Team
  • Skills & Experience (45mins) – Video interview with Head of Sales (Europe)
  • Presentation (75mins) – Video interview with Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales (Europe)
We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 4 weeks
